Tina has worked as a journalist for over 20 years and is the author of In Focus: Reflexology, The Divorce Survival Guide: How running turned my life around, as well as several children's picture books. She has worked for numerous health/fitness/parenting/women's titles and is currently fitness editor of Women's Running UK magazine. Tina is also a qualified UK Athletics running coach, athletics coach and England Athletics Mental Health Champion and qualified reflexologist.
